Promoting Healthy and Inclusive Workplace Cultures

We firmly believe that our Social responsibility starts fromour workplace culture and our internal community. So, we always focused to create such strong workplace culture which creates positive feedback loops that enhance a company’s social responsibility mission. Our employees are more likely to do their best work and help our company succeed when they feel seen and heard.

Culture-bearing employees are more likely to bring those inclusive values into their families, social circles, and communities. Apart from the above, we substantially contribute to the society by the following ways,

1) Preserving the environment

Our company recognizes the need to protect the natural environment. Keeping our environment clean and unpolluted is a benefit to all. We’ll always follow best practices when disposing garbage and using chemical substances.Apart from legal obligations, our company will proactively protect the environment. Examples of relevant activities include:

Conserving energy: Solar - Capacity to produce 0.2 Million units per Month Windmill – Capacity 250KW

  • Avoid harming the lives of local and indigenous people.
  • Support diversity and inclusion.

3) Protecting Human rights

4) Volunteering

We encourage our employees to volunteer. They can volunteer through programs organized internally or externally. Our company may sponsor volunteering events from other organizations.
